Brent Potts is Vice President of HP’s Global Consumer unAssisted Support and Content Delivery Organization. His teams are responsible for all elements of online support and service as well as content development and delivery on a global scale.
For more than 20 years, Brent has been involved in building and managing solutions and services that enable HP customers to extract the maximum enjoyment and productivity from their HP products. He joined HP in 1989 and has held a variety of international management positions in operations, marketing, R&D, IT, and customer service. In 2005, Brent led HP’s consumer support organization in its successful bid to become the first high tech company to obtain JD Power and Associates certification for providing an outstanding customer support and service experience.
Treb Ryan, CEO, OpSource , Panelist
Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. He is currently considered one of the leading thinkers in SaaS and sits on the Software Executive Board at the SIIA. Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution. Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Ryan has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including CIO, venture capital, Internet, hosting, and software conferences.
Steven Woods, CTO, Eloqua, Panelist
Steven Woods cofounded Eloqua in 1999 and has held the position of Chief Technology Officer since that time. Steven's insights into the application of technology to the marketing profession have been key to Eloqua's consistent record of client satisfaction and he was recently named as one of Inside CRM's Top CRM Influencers of 2007. Steven is also a prolific writer on topics related to demand generation and the current transitions within the marketing profession. His book, Digital Body Language explores these topics, and he is a regular writer on his blog of the same name. Steven is also deeply involved with the Eloqua user community, with whom he regularly interacts through the discussions on his Eloqua Artisan blog.
